Fertcare Accreditation
Fertcare Accreditation was undertaken by Baileys in 2007. The training program delivers training in managing food safety, environment and occupational health and safety risks associated with the storage, handling and use of fertiliser and soil ameliorant products. There are three levels of training to include Product Knowledge, storage & Spreading, logistics, sales and advisor functions. Baileys aim is to have 100% trained staff. Currently 90% of our staff are trained.
SMART APPROVED WATER MARK
During 2009 Baileys achieved the Smart Approved Water Mark on three of its products; Baileys Moisture Mulch, Baileys Soil Improver, Baileys Grosorb Granulated and liquid soil wetter.
Security Risk Substance
Baileys are now licenced to store and transport the SRS (Security Risk Substance) Calcium Ammonium Nitrate. Our storage license was granted in September 2009 and our transport licence was granted in Jan 2010.
