Baileys are constantly installed various pieces of new plant and equipment to imporve their service. In 1994 a granulation plant was installed which produces a range of specialty products. During 2009 upgrades on the granulation plant were made to include installation of a new oven, improving process efficiency and granule quality. Fully granulated product ensure ease of application and even distrbution of nutrients. An Automated Bagging Plant was installed in 2005 and then another in 2008. These two vital pieces of machinery now produce 98% of bagged products. The liquid manufacturing plant, installed in 2010, allows a range of liquid fertilisers to be produced.

Baileys fleet of vehicles enables them to meet all customer delivery and application needs. They have the capability to deliver 12 tonne of bagged product in one deliver or supply bulk product in bulk bins. A spreading service allows for supply and apply of fertiliser. The spreader truck has a 2 tonne capacity. For larger areas we can supply product of up to 8 tonne in leg bins to site, saving the customer time and money.Baileys twelve tonne truck comes with an on board forklift to make delivery quick and easy. 

Baileys provide a professional spreading service for the application of fertiliser to grassed areas, large or small. Baileys have had Accuspread Certification since 2000, verifying their ability to supply and accurately spread fertiliser in accordance with the Australian Fertiliser Services Association.
