Granulation Plant and Oven During the last five years Baileys have installed various pieces of new plant and equipment. This plant includes an Automated Bagging Plant installed in 2005 and then another in 2008. These two vital pieces of machinery now produce 98% of our bagged products.

In 1994 a Granulation Plant was installed which is producing a range of specialty products. During 2009 upgrades on our granulation plant were made to include installation of a new oven which will improve process efficiency and granule quality.
Baileys Truck Fleet We have a fleet of four trucks including one with a forklift enabling us to meet all of our customer delivery needs. We also have the capability to deliver bulk Potting mix and fertiliser in our two bulk bins.

We provide a spreading service for the application of Fertiliser. The spreader truck has a 2 tonne capacity. For larger areas we can supply product of up to 8 tonne in leg bins to site, saving the customer time and money.
