Ashley is an accomplished business leader, experienced in managing change and delivering tangible business improvements. With over 15 years’ experience in retail he is highly qualified in his role.
In his previous role at Holman Industries Ashley established the brand as a national leader in supplying Bunnings stores across Australia.
In his spare time Ashley is a passionate gardener, especially in his vegie patch. And a mad sports fan.
Territory Manager - East WA
Arlin has spent the past 20 years of his career working in the horticultural industry, from being a horticultural grounds person at Whiteman Park to running his own nursery, he clearly enjoys working outdoors.
For the past nine years Arlin has been employed by Baileys as an Area Sales Manager, providing the opportunity to meet some great people in the industry and expand his knowledge in all facets of turf, horticulture and agriculture.
Arlin holds an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture and has recently completed a Certificate IV in Turf Management. Over the next twelve months Arlin is working towards achieving his Diploma in Turf Management.
Territory Manager - Southern WA & SA
With a Certificate III in Horticulture, a Diploma in Sports Turf Management and 20+ years experience in the fine turf, sporting grounds and landscaping industry Shannon is zealous about all things green.
He has a keen personal interest in native plants; organic, water saving, sustainable products and vegetable gardens and enjoys tending to his very own thriving chilli, herb and veggie patch at home.
Shannon's desire to produce outstanding results combined with his knowledge, understanding and a practical hands-on approach guarantees he is always available to exceed horticultural expectations, offer advice, solutions and pre-empt problems in all areas of commercial services.
Territory Manager - North WA
Goff Manuel started his horticultural career as a tennis court curator of 12 grass courts for Local Government over 9 years. After completing his Certificate II and III in Horticulture (Turf Management) and attaining his Diploma in Business Management, he progressed from being on the tools to Supervisor, Coordinator and then Manager of Parks and Gardens for 18 years, before joining Baileys in 2017.
His hands-on experience in the management of golf courses, cricket wickets, tennis courts, bowling greens and sporting ovals gives him the foundation to provide advice on turf and horticultural best practice. Sharing advice, meeting like-minded industry professionals and delivering results for his customers are the aspects of his role he finds most satisfying.
Territory Manager - South WA
Dave has over 25 years experience in the industry, with particular knowledge of maintenance of high quality turf areas for public and sporting use.
For the past 11 years Dave has been Parks Supervisor at the City of Wanneroo maintaining ovals, public open spaces and all landscaped areas. He fulfilled the same role at the City of Swan for 5 years, working on high profile sites like Lilac Hill.
He has been a member of the Turf Growers Association Australia WA for 16 years, Golf Course Superintendent Association of WA and the Ground Managers Association of WA (now the Sports Turf Association WA) for 7 years.
Retail Sales Representative - WA
Simon grew up in the UK, where his keen interest in all things nature and gardening first began. It was in the UK where he achieved his National Certificate in Horticulture from Oaklands College in St Albans.
Simon worked in the garden and nursery industry in both the UK and Italy, before moving to Australia in 1998. Simon began working at and then moved into management of several Waldecks stores. He then sought another challenge, beginning at National Lifestyle Villages, running their landscape team and completing three villages.
Simon began at Baileys as a Commercial Sales Representative, and after 18 months moved into the Retail Sales Representative role, which he has held for over 8 years.
Retail Sales Representative - WA
Emily grew up in the Perth hills where she developed her passion for gardening at an early age. She has worked in the horticultural industry for a number of years, focusing on customer service and industry knowledge.
Emily enjoys spending time in her garden cultivating sustainable garden practices through her dedication to rearing chickens, composting and honing her apiary skills.
Emily joined Baileys in September 2020 where she quickly established herself with the client base as a warm, energetic and approachable sales representative.
